Wayne Marshall serves as Board Member and President of hep Petra, a subsidiary of hep. In this role, he provides strategic leadership in managing the company’s overall operations and resources. Wayne has more than 35 years of leadership experience in the energy and utility industry as a registered professional engineer in multiple states. In his previous roles at Duke Power, Duke Energy and various energy service companies, Wayne managed and executed energy conservation, cogeneration, power generation, renewable energy, environmental conservation, and supply management for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients. His distinguished career has included his involvement in over $1 billion of energy and environmental projects. Wayne has received numerous national awards for technical innovation and leadership from the Electric Power Research Institute, Water Environment Research Foundation and others, served as Chairman of Municipal Water and Wastewater Project Advisory Committee for EPRI, and is an accomplished speaker at technical and industry conferences.
